Title:

Senior Operation Technology Engineer

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Senior Operation Technology Engineer for a PMC Offshore project based in Abu Dhabi Client office. The client is undergoing a substantial transformation with notable changes in technology, including the emergence of Artificial Intelligence and the growing adoption of autonomous operations. The new project requirements align with industry standards, pioneering technology, and the digital era.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop client operations technical and core business technology strategies, establishing processes and procedures for accelerated adoption.
2. Maintain and manage client operations technology roadmaps in line with company objectives.
3. Contribute to the Autonomous Operation Journey and ensure the timely delivery of technology KPIs.
4. Formulate and implement a comprehensive AI strategy, including the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions across operations.
5. Manage the AIQ portfolio to scale AI products within OPCO, driving efficiency improvements, operational enhancements, and sustainable growth.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years of experience, including at least experience in operation requirements.
• Extensive experience in Exploration and Production (E&P) Engineering.

• Proficient in communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
