Job summary

Worley in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Telecom Engineer to deliver detail engineering for offshore oil and gas projects. You will design, implement and maintain advanced telecom systems across large-scale assets, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role demands deep knowledge of offshore telecom networks (SDH/OTN/DWDM/Gigabit Ethernet), leadership of engineers, and delivery of project deliverables to international standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Telecommunication Engineering and readiness to work on offshore projects.
• Experience with ADNOC standards and international telecom specs is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with client-facing ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detail engineering for offshore telecom systems.
• Lead engineers and designers, coordinate with other disciplines.
• Prepare telecom specifications data sheets and design deliverables.
• Manage budget, schedule and risk on telecom work packages.
• Review design documents and support bid evaluations.
