Job summary
KBR is seeking a Specialist Static and Package Equipment Engineer for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the design, specification, review, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation, and commissioning of static and packaged equipment for offshore oil and gas facilities, ensuring ADNOC and international standards compliance.
The role requires 15+ years in O&G projects, 5+ years in a specialist or lead engineer role, and strong knowledge of ASME, API, TEMA, and offshore design
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a Specialist or Lead Engineer role.
- Strong experience with ADNOC Offshore, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, or major offshore brownfield/greenfield developments.
- Experience in PMC and EPC project execution phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead and review engineering design of static equipment such as pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
- Review and approve package equipment deliverables and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate fabrication yards and review inspection plans and FATs.
- Support procurement during bid evaluations and PO placement.
- Interface with process, mechanical, piping, and electrical teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC offshore standards and API/TEMA/NACE.
