Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent with 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
- At least 5 years in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- ADNOC project experience is required.
- Offshore project experience is required.
- FEED & EPC phases experience is required.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
- Experience with procurement quality for offshore platforms subsea systems pipelines mechanical packages electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Familiarity with Third-Party Inspection Agencies and international manufacturers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage procurement quality activities across Concept FEED EPC construction pre-commissioning commissioning and project close-out phases.
Responsibilities
- Procurement Quality Management: Develop and implement procurement quality surveillance strategies in line with project and ADNOC requirements.
- Supplier Qualification & Assessment: Participate in supplier prequalification and technical capability assessments; perform supplier quality audits and surveillance visits.
- Procurement Support: Review requisitions and procurement specifications; ensure quality requirements are incorporated into documents.
- Vendor Surveillance: Coordinate and monitor vendor inspections; witness critical manufacturing activities.
- Inspection & Testing: Review ITPs; coordinate Third-Party Inspection Agency activities; verify material traceability.
- Material Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with material specs; review MTCs CoCs PMI records.
- Non-Conformance Management: Review NCRs; monitor CAPA; escalate as needed.
- Documentation & Certification: Review MRBs IRNs and final acceptance docs; ensure quality records.
- Interface & Coordination: Coordinate with Procurement Engineering Construction Exp editing etc; support site teams during inspections.
- HSE & Compliance: Promote ADNOC HSE culture and ensure compliance with standards and codes.
