Job summary

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC is seeking a Lead Construction Engineer (Offshore Platform) to oversee multi-discipline offshore construction activities in the UAE. You will lead teams across Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation to ensure compliant delivery on ADNOC projects.

The role requires extensive offshore experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate complex lifting, installation, and commissioning activities while maintaining schedule and safety

Qualifications

• Offshore platform construction experience mandatory.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards, procedures and lifting guidelines advantageous.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams offshore.
• Excellent interface and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate marine spread operations, lifting plans, and crane load reviews to ADS specifications.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, HSE requirements, and project KPIs.
• Provide technical leadership for installation, alignment, testing, handover, and commissioning support.
