Job summary

Client of Brunel is seeking an experienced Offshore Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to plan, supervise and execute installation, maintenance and testing of gas turbines, compressors and pumps on offshore equipment.

The role requires 8-10 years of depth in mechanical installation and repair with supervisory responsibility, plus proficiency with CMMS systems and Oracle/SAP. Fluent English is essential for daily operations in a multilingual offshore environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years varied mechanical installation, maintenance and repair experience of gas turbines, compressors, pumps and related equipment.
• Supervisory experience in offshore environments and use of computer maintenance systems.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP and familiarity with CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute installation, maintenance, repair and testing of offshore mechanical equipment including gas turbines, compressors and pumps.
• Supervise mechanical technicians and contractors; allocate work and monitor performance.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance including PTW; manage manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults; inspect completed work and perform equipment testing; oversee commissioning and start-up activities.
