Job summary

Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Supervisor Commissioning (I&C) – Offshore, WHTs, subsea & piping works in Abu Dhabi on an offshore PMC project. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and extensive I&C commissioning experience offshore.

The candidate will supervise commissioning activities across Wellhead Towers, offshore platforms, and brownfield facilities, ensuring safety, adherence to procedures, and timely handovers. ADNOC Offshore exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical) or equivalent from accredited university.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years offshore.
• Proven experience in I&C commissioning and startup on offshore platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate I&C commissioning activities for offshore facilities, including WHTs, platforms, subsea pipelines, and brownfield projects.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of I&C pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, startup, and handover per procedures and HSE requirements.
• Act as field focal point for instrumentation, automation, and control systems commissioning; supervise technicians, vendors, and contractors offshore.
