Job summary

Penspen is urgently seeking a Sr. Construction Engineer (AOI) for I&C on an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires leading I&C construction activities, coordinating with multi-discipline teams, and ensuring safe, compliant field execution to achieve handover and milestones.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of experience, with 5+ years offshore, strong I&C field installation skills, and ADNOC Offshore exposure is a plus. Abu Dhabi-based assignment on a major offshore program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with specialization in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience, 5+ years offshore.
• Brownfield, shutdown and tie-in experience preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&C construction activities within the AOI (Area of Installation/Interest).
• Provide technical direction to I&C supervisors, foremen and technicians.
• Coordinate I&C construction with mechanical, piping, electrical, and civil activities.
