• 15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar HUC management role.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver Hook Up and Commissioning scopes offshore.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop HUC scope and deliverables.
• Create execution plans and schedules for offshore activities.
• Lead HUC team and coordinate interfaces and resources.
• Manage budgets, cost, and estimates to completion.
• Coordinate with client and stakeholders to align strategies and priorities.
• Ensure safety and readiness before mobilization and during offshore work.
