Job summary

Penspen is urgently looking for a Lead - HSE (Project) to oversee HSE planning and execution for offshore PMC projects based in Abu Dhabi.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with 15+ years in oil & gas, including 8+ years in offshore leadership, and hold BOSIET/HUET and NEBOSH IGC. The role involves audits, policy development, and interface with ADNOC and regulators.

This is a senior role requiring strong leadership and a track record on mega EPC projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
15+ years of oil & gas experience with 8+ years in offshore leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems.
Develop and implement HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed.
Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to align with project HSE goals.
Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, NEBOSH).
