Job summary

Aretè & Cocchi Technology is seeking a professional in Abu Dhabi for effective project cost control. Responsibilities include developing Cost Breakdown Structures, monitoring financial performance, and managing project reports while ensuring alignment with budgets.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost control techniques, project financial management, and experience with budgeting and earned value analysis. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a structured working model of 48 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and project financial management.
• Understanding of accounting principles (IAS/IFRS) and cost structures (WBS/CBS).
• Experience with project control systems, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and cost control systems.
• Monitor project costs and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Identify deviations from the Revised Control Budget and communicate risks.
• Prepare and maintain key project reports, including Cost Control Reports.
• Support procurement and contract change processes by analyzing cost impacts.
