Penspen Ltd is urgently looking for a Lead Construction Engineer (Offshore) for one of our prestigious PMC projects in UAE. The successful candidate will lead and manage construction teams while ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.

Ideal applicants should have at least 15-20 years of experience in offshore construction, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of regional regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work on major offshore projects with a focus on delivering quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20+ years of extensive offshore oil and gas construction experience.
• Manage in FEED, Detailed design, SIMOPS and optimization solution of construction.
• PMC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore construction teams.
• Oversee the installation, hookup, and commissioning of offshore facilities.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project schedules and budgets.
