Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi invites a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead offshore top-side project execution. You will oversee mega offshore EPC/PMC activities, drive safety, schedule, and cost performance, and coordinate with client ADNOC and contractors.

The role requires 20+ years in construction, 10+ in oil & gas, and strong offshore/PMC experience. Rotation: 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off, based in Abu Dhabi with offshore site deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in oil and gas offshore.
• 10+ years in oil and gas industry.
• Experience in offshore EPC or PMC projects.
• At least five (5) years in a similar position for international oil & gas projects.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore projects; modular / fabrication experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a MUST.

Job Title: Construction Manager - Offshore Topside Project

KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high-profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager who brings deep expertise in managing mega offshore EPC/PMC projects and delivering world-class construction excellence. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi and will then move to the Offshore Site Location 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off ( Rotation Cycle)
