Job summary

KBR, Inc. is expanding its Project Management Consultancy team to support a prestigious offshore development project in Abu Dhabi.

The Senior Commissioning Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning, start-up, testing, and handover activities from mechanical completion through handover to the client. The role requires 15+ years in EPC/oil & gas, with at least 5 years in a senior commissioning leadership role, and a strong background in ADNOC standards, HSE and multi-discipline

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, chemical or process engineering.
15+ years in EPC/oil & gas, with 5+ years in senior commissioning leadership.
Experience with ADNOC, offshore platforms, and multinational project teams.

Responsibilities

Develop commissioning strategies, procedures, schedules and execution plans.
Lead multi-discipline commissioning teams through pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and client reps.
Review test packs, method statements and readiness plans for compliance.
Monitor progress, manage punch lists, and ensure timely turnover documentation.
Provide weekly/monthly KPI reports and risk assessments.
