Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a capable events support professional to assist the Events Manager in planning, organizing, and executing offline marketing activities in Dubai. You will drive retail and ground-level campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement, while coordinating logistics, calendars, and materials.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to offline/on-ground marketing activities.
• Proven experience in retail and offline marketing, including mail and venue coordination, obtaining necessary permissions and approvals, assisting with in-mail marketing activations, product launches, sponsored events, exhibitions and road shows, and ensuring seamless on-ground brand visibility.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Age: 28-35 years

Responsibilities

• Assist the Events Manager in planning, organizing, and executing offline marketing activities (events, exhibitions, product launches, sponsored events, roadshows).
• Support development and execution of retail and ground-level marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Provide administrative and operations support for marketing initiatives (calendar management, meeting coordination, logistics, and preparation of marketing materials).
• Support integrated marketing strategies across offline, digital, print, and social media channels, with a strong focus on on-ground activations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events and marketing activities.
• Oversee on-site execution of marketing initiatives to ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Prepare post-event and post-campaign reports, including performance analysis, PR coverage, feedback, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to deliver cohesive and impactful eent and offline marketing campaigns.
