Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Senior Officer Warehouse (Hatchery) to support the administrative and operational activities within our hatchery division.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling documentation, inventory compliance, and internal coordination, preferably within the poultry or agricultural sector. This is a critical role that ensures smooth flow of information and supports biosecurity and regulatory compliance at the hatchery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain all office files, records, and documentation related to hatchery operations.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and official documents required for internal and external communication.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Assist in organizing hatchery-related events, training sessions, and internal meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of hatchery production performance metrics and operational statistics.
  • Support HR functions by managing employee records and other documentation needs.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining biosecurity and environmental compliance through accurate record-keeping and support activities.
Requirements:
