What Does a Senior Officer - Business Knowledge Do?
This role focuses on planning and delivering training programs that empower sales, customer service, and distribution staff with the business knowledge needed to perform at their best. You will support onboarding, continuous learning, and refreshers while collaborating with business units to ensure consistent knowledge alignment across roles and functions.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

  1. Design and implement a business knowledge calendar covering onboarding, refreshers, and on-the-job learning.
  2. Conduct and coordinate training for new Tellers, CSOs, BDOs, DSAs, and other roles.
  3. Identify training needs through performance data, feedback, and business goals.
  4. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to co-develop engaging content aligned with FAB standards.
  5. Support end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, attendance, venues, and feedback management.
  6. Deliver knowledge sessions, virtual quizzes, and campaign refreshers.
  7. Visit branches and sites to promote digital journeys and frontline engagement.
  8. Create monthly training reports and MIS to track impact and participation.
  9. Maintain a knowledge support system via MS Teams, email, and calls to assist staff as needed.
  10. Foster strong internal partnerships to align business knowledge with operational needs.

What Skills Are Needed for This Role in Abu Dhabi?

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required.
- Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service or banking environment, ideally with exposure to training delivery or staff engagement.

Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with employees across levels.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of banking systems, products, and customer journeys.
- High attention to detail and a passion for enhancing customer-facing teams.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
