Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a Senior Officer – Housekeeping to oversee housekeeping operations within a healthcare environment. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, infection prevention, safety, vendor performance, and patient experience.

Responsibilities include supervising daily housekeeping, conducting inspections and audits, managing service quality against KPIs, coaching teams, coordinating with healthcare and facility colleagues, and preparing operational reports to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Previous supervisory or senior-level experience is required.
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare infection prevention and control (IPC) and safety requirements.
• Monitor housekeeping vendors and evaluate service quality against agreed KPIs and standards.

• Supervise, coach, and develop housekeeping teams.
• Monitor cleaning procedures, materials, equipment, and service standards.
• Coordinate with healthcare and facility teams to resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and patient-focused environment.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
