Job summary

King’s College Hospital in Dubai seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee outsourced cleaning teams, ensuring the Operating Theatre and all hospital areas meet HSEQ standards. You will coordinate cleaning, sanitation, and infection control protocols while maintaining safe, presentable facilities for patients and staff.

The role requires healthcare supervision experience, strong leadership and the ability to manage schedules and vendor performance in a demanding hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Must have related experience as a Supervisor in healthcare sector.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in Housekeeping is preferred.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily cleaning operations of the outsourced housekeeping team.
• Ensures contractor compliance with hospital standards, SLA terms and KPIs.
• Plans and coordinates cleaning activities to keep areas disinfected and safe.
• Trains and motivates staff to maintain high performance and standards.
• Develops daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules and plans.
• Monitors supply inventories and ensures availability and validity of materials.
