Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai is seeking a security operations professional to manage incidents and coordinate field responses across RTA facilities. You will monitor security procedures, support safety of staff and customers, and enforce compliance during events and emergencies.

The role requires a Bachelor in Business Administration (or equivalent) with 0–2 years of experience, and involves on-site work across various sites within the Emirate of Dubai.

• 0-2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Immediate transfer to sites where crime or accidents occur within RTA facilities and manage crime scenes until authorities arrive.
• Monitor and coordinate efforts to secure RTA assets and the safety of employees, customers and service providers.
• Oversee control procedures across RTA agencies, detect breaches in performance and ensure security procedures are followed across buildings and facilities.
• Participate in planning, programs, and field monitoring tours for field teams.
• Assist in implementing security activities at RTA level to sustain corporate security during events and emergencies.
• Monitor communications channels and perform corporate monitoring to protect RTA reputation.

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

• # Immediate transfer to sites where crime or accident occurs within RTA facilities, and to carry out crime scenemanagement until the arrival of the security authorities.
• # Implement the approved methods to monitor and coordinate the efforts to secure the RTA assets, and thesecurity and safety of employees, customers and service providers.
• # Oversee the assigned control procedures for RTA various agencies and its related units and detect breaches ofthe performance , in addition to following up the security procedures taken in RTA various buildings, facilitiesan effectively and efficiently.
• # participate in preparing plans and program, and field monitoring tours for field teams
• # Participate in the implementation of security activities at RTA level to ensure the sustainability of corporatesecurity during events, and emergency threats .
• # Monitor all Communication channels and perform corporate monitoring functions to protect RTA corporatereputation from various sources of influence.
• # Assist in overseeing the assigned control procedures for RTA various agencies and its related units to identifythe security deficiencies and detect cases of breaches of the performance of security duties efficiently andfairly.
• # Follow-up the section staff to implement the tasks and procedures in accordance with the approved laws andregulations and inform the officials of any problems or obstacles that may occur to take appropriate actions
• # Conduct field visits to the service centers and RTA various sites to ensure the work progress and serviceseffectively and efficiently in accordance with RTA requirements and to ensure that there are no abuses orexploitation of functions .
• # Receive the complaints relating to administrative violations and take the necessary procedures .
