Job summary

SearchPlus HR seeks an experienced Consultant Neurologist with a UK CCT in Neurology and a strong focus on Stroke Medicine to join a leading healthcare organisation in Dubai. The role involves consultant-level neurological care, acute stroke management and leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

You will lead clinical governance, teach junior staff and contribute to quality improvement, while delivering outpatient and inpatient consultations in a tax-friendly, high-standard environment.

Qualifications

• UK CCT in Neurology or equivalent recognised specialist qualification.
• Eligible for Consultant Neurologist licensing/title in the UAE.
• Strong experience in Stroke Medicine / Cerebrovascular Neurology.
• Current or recent senior/consultant-level clinical experience.
• Good standing with the relevant medical regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills.

Responsibilities

• Consultant-level neurological assessment, diagnosis and management.
• Manage patients with acute stroke, TIA and cerebrovascular disorders.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary management of complex neurological cases.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient neurological consultations.
• Participate in stroke pathways, clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Support junior doctors and contribute to teaching and clinical supervision.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation and evidence-based practice.
