Job summary

HTP Global Technologies in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Network Security Engineer (L2/L3) to own operational security, configure Fortinet, F5 BIG-IP, and Palo Alto devices, and drive incident resolution on-site. You will manage firewall policies, conduct RCA, and coordinate with IT teams to maintain high availability across enterprise networks.

The role requires 4–7 years of experience, strong English communication, and immediate joiner availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 4 to 7 years of enterprise network security experience.
• Hands-on Fortinet, F5 BIG-IP, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong routing/switching knowledge (BGP/OSPF/VLANs).
• Proven incident management and troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent English communication; UAE work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise network security infrastructure.
• Provide L2/L3 support for complex incidents, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage firewall policies, NAT, ACLs; monitor security systems and VPNs.
• Troubleshoot routing/switching issues and F5 BIG-IP configurations.
• Support upgrades, expansions, and architectural changes.
• Conduct RCA, incident triage, and forensic log reviews.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors.
