Job summary

RNS Technology Services seeks an experienced L3 Network Security Support Engineer in Dubai to manage bank perimeter and application-security infrastructure. You will own complex troubleshooting, policy tuning, and change implementation across F5 BIG-IP, Cisco Firepower/FTD, and Palo Alto/Check Point NGFW.

Responsibilities include incident leadership, signature management, and collaboration with SOC, vendors, and audit teams to ensure availability, performance, and regulatory compliance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in network/security engineering with 3+ years at L3 level in F5/IPS/NGFW.
• Bank or large regulated enterprise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for F5 BIG-IP LTM and ASM/Advanced WAF
• Manage NGFW policies, NAT, App-ID/URL filtering and VPNs
• Incident leadership and P1/P2 root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with SOC, vendors and audit teams
