• L2/L3-level expertise in network security operations and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of firewall administration, VPN, security policies, and load balancing.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Experience handling complex incidents, root cause analysis, and network security infrastructure.
• Banking sector experience is preferred.

Networking: TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and Network Troubleshooting. L2/L3 Support: Incident Management, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis.
