Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Network & Security Engineer in Abu Dhabi to design, implement, and maintain the company’s network and security infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure communication, data transfer, and protection from cyber threats.

The role requires hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networks, plus familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in network engineering or security roles.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls.
• Cloud networking in AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
• CCNP, PCNSE, NSE, JNCIA or equivalent certifications.
• Strong TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VLAN knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN networks.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless APs.
• Manage VPNs, SD-WAN, and remote access.
• Develop and enforce network security policies.
• Implement IDS/IPS and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Perform incident response and root cause analysis.
• Monitor network traffic and generate security reports.
• Document configurations and security best practices.
