Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Network Planning Manager in Dubai to lead cross-functional Supply Chain planning projects and optimize multi-year network topology and capacity for new country expansion, including AE, SA, EG, Turkey and South Africa.

You will distill inputs from global teams, define requirements, manage timelines for field operations, and communicate with senior leadership on status, risks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain planning projects focused on cost optimization and delivery experience.
• Define the best network capacity solution for emerging countries using optimization tool sets.
• Actively work to remove bottlenecks and create scalable mechanisms.
• Use Supply Chain knowledge to influence future tools and feature enhancements.
• Communicate and drive long-term initiatives with stakeholders.
• Contribute to mid- to long-term capacity planning and standardization for new and emerging countries.
• Proactively identify gaps and opportunities by benchmarking with developed countries network.
• Drive clear, precise and regular communication with stakeholders on status via monthly/quarterly planning reviews.
