The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and administering highly available data and voice networks, ensuring optimal performance and security. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT, relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP), and a minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are necessary. This role may require 24/7 support availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, B. Tech, BE, MCA, BSc, or related Information System is mandatory.
• IT Certifications CCNA and CCNP are mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network infrastructure and services.

• Maintain and administer data and voice networks and related computing environments.
• Ensure availability, uptime, performance, and quality of Network Systems and services.
• Involve in troubleshooting to identify and resolve network issues.
