Job Description

• Design, configure, and maintain large Scale / enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Ensure network security, redundancy, and high availability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex networking projects.
• Implement and manage Cisco networking solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues and outages.
• Optimize network performance through monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and support network and cloud solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in networking principles.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network design and management, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• CISCO CCIE certification (Enterprise, Security, or Data Center).
• 5+ years of experience in network design, implementation, and administration.
• Strong experience with Cisco networking equipment.
• Expertise in LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and network security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
