Job Purpose:

The Senior Network Development Manager is responsible for centralizing and enhancing network development to support strategic initiatives in the group’s automotive vertical expansion. This role focuses on strategizing, planning, and overseeing the growth of our dealership network, ensuring alignment with the Group goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to expand the dealership network in targeted markets.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and the market environment to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to align network expansion with overall business strategies and objectives.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on network status and market developments in relation to network requirements.
  5. Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, market size, and the effectiveness of dealership locations.
  6. Use insights from research to inform and adjust network development strategies and decisions.
  7. Identify and assess the need for network and capacity alignment, highlighting requirements to senior management.
  8. Manage network development under one centralized department, ensuring efficiency and streamlined operations to drive the group expansion efforts.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the latest network and touchpoint status, including competitor developments.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports on network development performance, expansion progress, and market trends to senior management.
  11. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in network development operations.
  12. Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully open new dealerships or renovate existing locations.
  13. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  14. Develop and implement measures and activities for network development plans, ensuring efficient rollout and management.
  15. Ensure all dealerships meet OEM and group brand standards, as well as comply with requirements.
  16. Ensure flawless compliance with Network Standards through regular evaluation and corrective actions.
  17. Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilize sound judgment in decision making.
  18. Perform any other duties as required by management based on business needs.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of working experience in a similar role.
  2. Proven experience in Network Development in the Automobile Industry.
