Qualifications

• 8–10 years of enterprise software development with strong .NET emphasis.
• Experience integrating Ellucian Banner SIS or similar ERPs.
• Proven experience with enterprise system integrations and APIs.
• CRM integration experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow.
• Exposure to contact center/communication platforms (Genesys, Teams, Twilio).
• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) in production environments.
• Bachelor-level degree in CS/CE; .NET/C# expertise is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into secure, scalable .NET solutions.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and API architectures.
• Implement integrations with SIS (Ellucian Banner) and CRM systems.
• Support ERP integrations and orchestrate cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure).
• Prepare technical documentation and perform testing (unit/integration/acceptance).
• Provide second-level support and ensure information security compliance.
