Job summary

ESM - Events and Sports Management in Dubai is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale modern web applications. You will work across front-end and back-end stacks, deliver secure cloud-based solutions, and help drive AI-assisted development initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-ready architectures.
• Develop responsive, dynamic, and visually engaging applications (front-end and back-end).
• Develop and maintain robust back-end services and APIs for integrations.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and AI-assisted development processes.
