S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY seeks an NDT project lead to oversee activities across multiple sites in the Gulf region. The role emphasizes safety, quality standards, and the development of NDT procedures aligned with industry best practices.

Candidates should have 5+ years Gulf experience in NDT or related fields, with ADNOC familiarity preferred. Immediate joiners are requested; age limits apply for managerial positions with significant Gulf exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Gulf experience in NDT or related field.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Maximum age 49; for managerial positions the limit may be extended to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
• Experience in pipeline, oil & gas, EPC, flowline, wellhead, brownfield, upstream or onshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all NDT activities across multiple project sites ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive NDT procedures and protocols tailored to specific project requirements and industry best practices.
• Schedule and coordinate NDT personnel, equipment and resources effectively to meet project timelines and operational demands.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of NDT operations to verify compliance with codes, standards and client specifications.
• Manage NDT equipment calibration, maintenance and inventory ensuring all tools are in good working order and properly documented.
• Review and approve NDT reports ensuring accuracy, completeness and proper interpretation of results.
