Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Dubai is seeking a Tunnel Inspector to oversee NATM galleries, TBM interfaces, shafts, and related underground civil works. The role requires close coordination with geotechnical, structural, survey, instrumentation, design, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure excavation and support systems reflect actual ground conditions.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum 4 years of construction supervision experience, including NATM or gallery works.
Experience coordinating NATM with TBM operations and station interfaces.

Responsibilities

Supervise tunnel galleries, NATM works, TBM interfaces, shafts and underground structures.
Monitor excavation against drawings, specs, and safety requirements.
Inspect shotcrete, rock bolts, lattice girders, reinforcement, and waterproofing.
Coordinate with geotechnical, survey, instrumentation, and QA/QC teams.
Review daily NATM excavation reports, survey records and ITPs.
Liaise with contractors and design teams on tunnel construction matters.
