Job summary

Tura Executive seeks an experienced shipping professional based in Dubai to lead MPP and Heavy Lift vessel operations. The role focuses on managing complex voyages and coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout execution from the Dubai office.

The successful candidate will have 5-10+ years in MPP and/or Heavy Lift shipping, strong hands-on operations experience and exposure to project cargo movements. A fast-paced, international environment awaits. Dubai-based role with global exposure.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years proven experience within MPP and/or Heavy Lift shipping.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vessel and voyage operations across MPP and Heavy Lift vessels.
• Coordinate vessel nominations, voyage instructions and operational requirements.
• Oversee loading and discharge operations, including complex and project cargo movements.
• Coordinate with owners, charterers, brokers, agents, terminals and other counterparties.
• Monitor vessel performance, schedules and voyage execution.
• Review and manage operational documentation and contractual requirements.
• Support freight, hire, port costs and other voyage settlements.
• Address operational issues and provide timely solutions during the voyage.
• Collaborate with commercial and chartering teams to ensure effective fixture execution.
• Support laytime, demurrage, claims and voyage close-out as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
