Job summary

MultiBank Group seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own ML products and infrastructure, building scalable AI systems used by real users in real-time. You will oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle from design to deployment, and influence the AI platform direction in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.

The role emphasizes production-grade systems, collaboration with product and data teams, and mentorship to junior engineers across cloud-native pipelines and CI/CD for ML.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software, data science, or ML engineering.
• Proven track record building production AI systems, not notebooks.
• Fintech or enterprise AI platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust ML systems in production.
• Build and deploy supervised, unsupervised, DL, and GenAI models at scale.
• Own ML pipelines, feature stores, training infra, and inference systems.
• Design and deliver RAG systems and evaluation pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Optimize performance, latency, cost, and reliability in live systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate problems into AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards.
• Contribute to data architecture and cloud platform direction.
• Leverage mobile attribution data sources for ML use cases.
