Job summary

MultiBank Group seeks an AI DevOps and Cloud Engineer with MLOps to design and own the AI/Data infra on AWS, including cost management and secure architecture. You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage containers and clusters, and evolve the platform into a production-grade MLOps environment as the initiative scales.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.
• Proven experience building cloud infra from scratch.
• Expert-level AWS skills required.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production.
• IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong ownership mindset to be sole infra owner initially.
• Ability to translate ML/DS needs into infra requirements.
• Experience in high-growth startups or product companies preferred.
• Background in AI/ML infra or MLOps is a plus.
• Azure familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own AWS cloud infra for AI/Data functions, including VPCs and IAM.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Own infrastructure operations, tooling, monitoring, incidents, and licenses.
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes across AI workloads with scalable clusters.
• Deploy ML models to production, including serving infra and batch scoring.
• Establish end-to-end observability with dashboards and alerts.
• Set up workflow orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect).
• Evolve MLOps with data quality checks, drift detection, and retraining triggers.
• Integrate CDPs/analytics tools like Segment, Amplitude, Adjust, Firebase, MoEngage.
