Jobgether is partnering with a leading organization in the UAE to hire a Senior ML Backend Engineer. The role focuses on building scalable ML infrastructure powering advanced property intelligence using cloud-native platforms.

You will work with ML researchers and software engineers to deploy and monitor models, apply responsible AI practices, and continuously improve development efficiency and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Senior backend software engineer with strong ML infra interest and production focus.
• Experience designing and maintaining ML infrastructure for large-scale training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and ML tooling, including experiments tracking, version control, containers, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and evolve scalable ML infrastructure for development, training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Design reliable ML pipelines, platforms, and tooling for large-scale workloads.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and software teams to move models from prototype to production.
