Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data Science Lead in the United Arab Emirates to shape an enterprise-scale AI platform. You will own ML/LLM architecture, governance, and deployment for automated regulatory validation workflows, working with data science, engineering, product, and compliance teams.

You will design robust RAG pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring explainability and traceability in highly governed settings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data science teams and strategic AI initiatives.
• Proven track record deploying LLM-based solutions in production.
• Experience with regulated environments and governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
• Ability to design evaluation, benchmarking, and validation frameworks.
• Strong collaboration across product, data science, engineering, and compliance.
• Familiarity with explainable AI and document intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and oversee AI/ML architecture for automated validation workflows.
• Design and optimize LLM-powered retrieval and validation pipelines (RAG).
• Establish evaluation frameworks and continuous improvement for AI systems.
• Develop explainability, traceability, and validation mechanisms for compliance.
• Collaborate with ML and Backend engineers to productionize AI components.
• Lead decisions on embeddings, vector DBs, and AI infra.
• Ensure reproducible, testable, and maintainable AI workflows.
• Scale AI capabilities from workflows to an enterprise platform.
• Guide architectural decisions across product, engineering, data science, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
