Candidates should possess a Master or PhD in Aerospace Engineering with extensive UAS experience, strong MATLAB/CFD skills, and a track record leading teams on complex aerospace projects.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Aerospace Engineering is required.
• Minimum 12 years in UAS industry with 5+ years in a senior/team lead role.
• Knowledge of guided weapons and missile technology is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Leads the design, performance evaluation, and optimization of missiles, including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces.
• Incorporates structural and aerodynamic considerations into the design process for aerospace structures.
• Applies deep understanding of applied aerodynamics and flight dynamics to guide and enhance design projects.
• Utilizes control theory to ensure stability and optimize missile performance.
• Supports the chief engineer with technical contributions and mentoring of engineers.
