Job summary

NMDC Dredging & Marine in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced civil/marine engineer to prepare detailed method statements, analyze tender documents, and align construction methods with cost estimates. You will collaborate with proposal and planning teams to deliver technically sound solutions.

The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, conducting technical reviews, supporting offshore operations, and ensuring compliance with NMDC's QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Marine or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certifications in Project Planning or Construction Management are advantageous.
• 5–10 years of marine and civil engineering project experience.
• Strong construction methodology, tender engineering, and proposal skills.
• Solid understanding of marine construction techniques and execution strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage priorities.

• Strong expertise in construction methodology development, tender engineering, and technical proposal preparation.
