Ideal candidates have Freediver and Mermaid certifications, 2–5 years in aquatic or guest-facing performance, and a track record in mentoring or training within a live show environment. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform underwater Mermaid routines for scheduled shows.
• Deliver confident guest interactions during meet-and-greets and events.
• Maintain choreography and costume standards across performances.
• Mentor Mermaid Trainees and support training, rehearsals, and operations.
• Ensure safety protocols and Dive Operations procedures are followed.
• Prepare equipment and assist with show planning and dry activations.
