Azadea Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to oversee distribution and delivery of products, ensuring adherence to brand standards across regions. You will plan ranges, analyze sales and stock, and drive exclusive brand partnerships.

You will lead actions based on OT B insights, manage stock with seasonal forecasts, and collaborate with buyers on pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to maximize profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Fashion Retail or similar role.
• Purchasing experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to budget planning and submit sales forecasts for upcoming ranges.
• Plan product ranges and collaborate with merchandisers to analyze sales and stock.
• Source brands and portfolios; secure exclusive brands to maintain competitiveness.
• Analyze OT B performance and recommend actions to boost seasonal sales.
• Manage stock levels based on forecasted sales and calendar planning; assist pricing strategy.
• Monitor product flow; identify slow/best sellers and optimize store allocation.
• Compare seasonal price reports with competitors and provide feedback.
• Forecast product mix and evaluate floor density and linear footage.
• Prepare post-season analysis from concept to item specifics.
• Propose seasonal strategies for sales, pricing, suppliers, and assortment.
• Prepare store grading to assess breadth/depth across store sizes.
• Collaborate on seasonal promotions and markdowns with merchandisers.
