Job summary

KEOLIS Limited is seeking a Senior MEPS Engineer to act as the technical authority for MEPS systems within Engineering, supporting asset management strategies and governance frameworks. You will provide leadership, supervision, and performance management of MEPS Engineers.

Responsibilities include leading RCA/ETI/FRB investigations, developing asset renewal and CAPEX/OPEX business cases, and ensuring compliance with safety and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Equivalent.
• Experience as a System Engineer (MEPS).
• RAMS, FRB, Change Management, Projects and assurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEPS asset strategies and lifecycle management.
• Develop investment prioritization for MEPS systems.
• Lead RCA, ETI, FRB investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and govern engineering standards and documentation.
• Mentor and develop MEPS Engineers within the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and railway standards.
