Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a skilled Technical Engineer MEP for high-rise building projects. The role involves supporting technical coordination, drawing reviews, and MEP engineering activities across large-scale developments.

The ideal candidate will review drawings and technical submissions, coordinate with consultants and site teams, and ensure compliance with project standards and authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience in contracting companies highly preferred.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support technical MEP activities for high-rise building projects.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams for smooth execution.
• Assist in resolving technical and engineering issues on-site.
• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and technical submissions.
• Ensure coordination between MEP, architectural and structural disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with standards and authority requirements.
• Assist in material approvals, technical documentation and project reporting.
• Maintain proper records of technical documents, revisions and coordination activities.
