Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a Senior Planning Engineer MEP for high-rise building projects. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordinating MEP works to ensure timely project delivery.

The candidate will prepare schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with PMs, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination processes.
• Strong analytical communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules work programs and progress reports for MEP activities.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays risks and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Support planning and execution of MEP works for high-rise building projects.
• Review project drawings technical documents and construction schedules.
• Assist in resource planning productivity tracking and project forecasting.
• Prepare recovery schedules and progress presentations for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines company standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain planning records reports and project documentation.
