Job summary

Fletcher Piccolo Associates DMCC is seeking a Project Scheduler for large-scale construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, PMP certification, and 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include developing project schedules using Primavera P6, monitoring progress, and coordinating with site engineers. The position requires immediate availability and proficiency with Microsoft Project and related software. Candidates with GCC experience and knowledge of EVM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction and MEP projects.
• Minimum 3-4 years of GCC experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress and update schedules.
• Prepare progress S-curves, manpower histograms and resource allocation charts.
• Support the commercial team in evaluating extension of time (EOT) claims.
