Responsibilities

• Directs the overall planning of design and construction activities to identify milestones and priorities.
• Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
• Ensures subcontractors and major construction equipment are available when needed to maximise efficiency.
• Establishes assignments for construction superintendents and monitors progress.
• Prepare periodic reports summarizing progress for management and clients.
