Job summary

Caliberly - Recruitment Agency in Dubai seeks a Senior Procurement Manager for MEP in building construction. You will oversee end-to-end procurement, coordinate with Project, Engineering and Commercial teams, and ensure timely material availability for large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has 10-18 years in MEP procurement for building/real estate, a Mechanical degree (B.Tech/M.Tech), and proven expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV materials.

Qualifications

• 10-18 years of MEP procurement experience in Building Construction/Real Estate.
• Mechanical engineering degree(s) required (B.Tech / M.Tech).
• Extensive experience in high-volume procurement of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV materials/equipment.
• Strong vendor development, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation & procurement planning.
• Proven experience managing procurement budgets, cost optimization & supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of project execution requirements, technical specifications & local market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with Project, Engineering & Commercial teams.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end procurement operations, ensure timely material availability.
