Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Estimator in the United Arab Emirates with 8+ years of cost estimation and quantity surveying expertise for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will lead pre-contract cost planning, develop BoQs, and shape procurement strategies while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost alignment with design intent.

You will also prepare tender documentation, review pricing schedules, analyze market data, and contribute to risk and value

Qualifications

8+ years of quantity surveying and cost estimating experience.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure and civil projects in the Middle East.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
Strong English technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and benchmarking for large infrastructure projects.
Develop and manage BoQs and pre-tender estimates using CESSM and industry standards.
Support procurement strategies including packaging, tendering, and contract formation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align design and cost objectives.
Prepare and review tender documentation and pricing schedules.
Conduct market analysis and engage with supply chain to inform cost data.
Assist in risk, value management and cost control functions.
Attend and represent in commercial meetings.
