Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years in MEP project management.
• 10–15 years overall experience; strong candidates with 10-12 years.
• Proven experience delivering mid-to-high-rise residential MEP projects.
• Must have delivered at least two MEP projects through final handover.
• Experience with projects valued at AED 70 million or above.
• Strong site execution, coordination, manpower management, and stakeholder handling.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the execution of MEP works across mid-to-high-rise residential projects.
• Ensure delivery per designs, specifications, contractual requirements, and timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
• Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution.
• Identify and resolve site-related challenges, technical issues, and project bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable project standards.
• Lead project teams and drive timely completion, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
